Our project undertakings have been varied, with just some of the work including heavy plant, turbine and pipeline installations for geothermal and roading projects and the manufacturing of large scale timber handling and processing equipment. Through this project work we have also demonstrated our strong capabilities in building and civil works as well as carrying out intricate ASME IX pipe welding requirements.

We have the capability of planning/design, management, manpower, sub contractor/supplier relationships, equipment and work experience to complete large scale projects throughout New Zealand. Setting up dedicated teams and on-site facilities to efficiently deliver on the desired outcomes and expected timeframes of individual projects.

Steiner & Moses has a range of cranes covering 25-90 tonne lifting capacities, as well as other specialist heavy handling equipment. This equipment is used in construction and installation work as well as for individual lifting assignments.

Steiner & Moses offers engineering specialists that will work with you on the concept/design, mechanics and build/ modifications of machinery, componentry, infrastructure and equipment.

Steiner & Moses has a significant fabrication capability with a large workshop based in Taupo. The facility is capable of servicing the needs of large scale projects, carrying out scheduled plant maintenance, shutdown projects and breakdown repairs on equipment and machinery as well as undertaking individual manufacture and machining requirements.

Steiner & Moses also has a sheetmetal fabrication workshop which specialises in aluminium, stainless steel and mild steel design, fabrication and installation.
